I have my profiles on my data drive E: I did a clean install of Windows 7 on the boot drive C: How do I point Firefox, which is on C: to my profile folders on E:? I don't want to move them, just point to them. Tjanks, Don

Chosen solution

You can use the profile manager to create a new profile and choose that profile on the E drive as the location for that new profile. Do not copy the content of an old profile to a new profile as that won't work and can (will ?) cause a profile that isn't working properly.

I see several solutions: - use Profile Manager to create a new profile on E: drive, then overwrite it with your old profile (see: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles and Restoring a profile backup) - use NTFS symlink
