firefox crashes when i just search or open any page(all other browsers work well & no virus in system scanned with bitsefender)

Can you give me the Crash Report ID?

XP: go to Start--Run and type in the run command box without quotes "%APPDATA%" then navigate to Mozilla/Firefox/Crash Reports/Submitted

Then copy and paste the .txt files from the Submitted folder here

Try updating java and updating flash. Also scan your pc with each of these malware removal links.
