I am trying to fill out a form on line. it warned me that I would need to enable pop ups to type and view the type. I enabled pop ups and returned to the site but am still unable to type. the cursor does not move in the "pin" window. it does type in a different window. what can I do?

I have enabled pop ups but the site I am trying to access is still saying pops are disabled. Please could you help!
