Chosen Solution

The built-in VPN in Firefox as it is called is only available in desktop Firefox and more recently is in testing on Firefox for Android.

There is no built-in VPN in Firefox for iOS/iPadOS yet though it may be coming as per https://www.firefox.com/whatsnext/?tags=ios#vpn_on_mobile
