I used the built-in VPN a couple of days ago and set my location to Canada. Today, however, Canada is not available. How can it be restored?

Is this the Free version? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn

What I understand is this version is only a proxy, so very dependent on uncontrollable servers.

I can confirm Canada's not currently available. It seems related to support.mozilla.org/questions/1602185
