Hello everyone. I created this Help Issue.

I just found the problem. I looked at my filters, and found a filter targeting incoming messages SUBJECT with a blank. Then it directed those messages be sent to "Purchases".

I deleted the filter and messages are now going to the INBOX.

I have no idea how this happened.
