Is there a way to enlarge the text/icons along the top menu bar(shortcuts), so they can be easier to read as I have a lot of them up there...?

1. Settings > Accessibility and change font size 2. For individual objects read up on [userChrome.css]

Ya, that works on the whole page...guess I'll have to try and figure out the .css thing...:-(

And have you tried you Windows system settings for every app to blow up the text sizes a bit — that should also apply to the Firefox UI?

Well, Firefox doesn't show up in Windows apps in the settings folder. Below is a screen grab of the items I'm talking about...

I mean whether the system capabilities:

If you don't want to change system settings generally, there's also this internal configuration: support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1599861#answer-1841754 that could inflate the whole browser UI if need be.
