The option to remove the Title bar is missing

When entering the "customize Firefox" page, the option to enable or disable the title bar is missing. From looking at pass guides it used to be on the bottom left of the page but now it's gone. In case it matters, I am not in fullscreen mode.

Hi will switch from Windows to Ubuntu to check

UPDATE:

Using Ubuntu Noble and Fx 153 it is as normal, a little box to enable or disable bottom far left is there for me.
