The mail server responded: mf-505: Sender Policy - Relay Denied.

This is usually an indication that the email address in the SMTP server settings pane is not the same as the one in the account settings pane. This is most common when the user has more than one account having the same domain name and the SMTP server setting for one account is also being used for the other account. I included screenshots of where to locate those settings.
