How to create local folders?

I need to keep all my linked yahoo account emails because they are limiting space and will soon delete them. so i tried to make local folders to drag and drop my folders to. but it will not create them. nothing happens. help ?

  1. install the addon, importexporttools NG
  2. highlight Local Folders
  3. now, rightclick and select the importexport option to import mbox
  4. next, browse to your profile folder and then the imapmail\<yahoo account> folder and select the desired message folder. they appear as two files (e.g., inbox, inbox.msf). Do NOT import the msf entry, just the other one)
