That may be the issue. The new built-in VPN in desktop Firefox was rolled out in US, UK, Germany and France starting Firefox 149.0 and then in Canada starting Fx 150.0.

I heard the built-in VPN may be getting rolled out in some 22 more locations in Fx 152.0 out on June. 16. I do not know if Lebanon is one of those places.
