When I try to select some object on a pdf page, a little window appears with "select" and "comment", and the window blocks other objects of the page. How to remove that forever? That is very inconvenient.

I don't have that with 140.10.1esr (64-bit) on GNU. At least, you can choose a different pdf viewer. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/choose-your-preferred-pdf-viewer-firefox
