Why doesn't Firefox have a feedback option?
It seems as if in efforts such as Mozilla Firefox would want to elicit feedback from its community of users. However, it seems as if that is not even an afterthought. Many products make it very easy to offer feedback or recommendations or feature requests. Why is there no such thing that I can see for Firefox? Maybe it's there and I'm missing it! 🙃😁🙂

I understand that this very forum is likely to be the thing I'm pointed toward for this purpose, but I think product feedback should be a first-class citizen. Do you get my drift?

Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. When a Mozilla employee jumps into a discussion, you'll see the Mozilla Staff label next to their name.
If you wish, you can leave feedback for developers on the Mozilla Connect website. On desktop click the Firefox Menu
button in the toolbar, click Help and select Share ideas and feedback…. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback is collected by a team that reads it and gathers data on the most common issues.
You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.
