UK Telegraph problem
I have been quite unable to view comments on www.telegraph.co.uk. The page simply does not appear when I click 'comments'. I have done a Firefox back to defaults refresh which was successful but no joy. After a look around the internet for solutions I installed Chrome which worked first time and has continued to. Why does Firefox fail? Thanks

Well, things continued working after removing the exception and clearing the caches etc and restarting. Ill let you know if I'm blocked again!

Do you have any add-on installed in Firefox?
The default refresh got rid of all of them. No. At present I am using Firefox as straight from the box
What level of Enhanced Tracking Protection do you have set?
Are you using any VPN or other security software on your computer?
On Default - Standard but I just entered www.telegraph.co.uk as an exception and it seems to have cured the problem. Just remains to remove the exception and double check. Looks like I know owe you for two smart diagnoses - Many thanks.
