Oh, then it shouldn't be available to you yet. The VPN will become available to everyone in some time, but right now it's being rolled out only in the US, UK, Germany, France and Canada.

You can find the updated list of countries at the top of our VPN support article and in full Firefox release notes (when new countries are added).

It's not available for all users yet. Are you in one of the countries participating in the rollout?

Im in Portugal, and when I opened my browser it appeared a tab to try the VPN, so idk :'
