Why can't I sign into my Mozilla account from my Firefox browser?

When I try to sign in from Firefox I get the message "Unexpected error". I can sign into my account online but only using Google to sign in. If I try to sign in to Mozilla directly, I get the same message.

Do you have a VPN or proxy enabled?

No. I am not using VPN or a proxy.
