The new version thinks I am still on W10. I am on W11. On boot up this morning Firefox has lost all my icons on the web page. All my passwords have gone.

Hello,

Here is some ways to recover it : Old profile data : Look for a folder named "Old Firefox Data" on your desktop. If present, your old profile data, including logins.json (passwords) and key4.db (encryption key), is inside. Restore files : Close Firefox completely, then copy logins.json and key4.db from the "Old Firefox Data" folder and paste them into your current active profile folder, replacing the existing files. Check profiles : Type about:profiles in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. If you see another profile listed, click "Set as default profile" and restart Firefox. Sync Data : If you have a Mozilla account, sign in again to sync, and make sure "Logins and Passwords" is selected.
