My friend and I usually use the same account on Firefox and he dismissed the pop up for the new VPN a few times, according to him. Every page I can find about setting up the VPN involves this pop up, and I cannot find another way to activate this.

I tried to log out of my friend's Firefox account and into mine, but the pop up did not appear for me. Is there another way I can set that up?

Yes! Can you right click on your toolbar, and select "Customize Toolbar". You should see the VPN icon and be able to drag it onto your tool bar. Then just click "Done" in the bottom right of the window.

From there you can follow the prompts to setup the VPN. I hope this helps!
