firefox wont stop asking to launch at startup

i have a lenovo windows 10 desktop media centre. every time i launch firefox on it is will ask me if i want firefox to start at startup, which i do not want. i have selected no on the push notification, and selected no in the settings yet the next time i open firefox it asks again, it is very annoying and has only been doing so for about 2 weeks

Could you please file a bug on Bugzilla, Mozilla's bug tracker, so that the developers can take a look? Please also feel free to post a link to it here for us to follow along.
