I've had problems for some time; I cannot log in to Thunderbird because it seems that the logins it has are, for me, lost in the mists of time.

The summary says it all, really. I've tried all sorts of Google searches and fixes, but nothing works; I was originally on Netscape Navigator, and after Microsoft killed that off, I went to Firefox and Thunderbird - so 'lost in the mists of time ' sums up my problem.
