Hi Matt. Thanks for the info. I worked for an hour with the tech from videotron and changed the password as you suggested. This morning I had the same pop ups and had to enter the new password 3 times but it seems to have done the trick(I hope). Don't know where the problem started or how but I'm glad it's seemingly repaired. Have a great day.
