I need help to log into Thunderbird. I get the same message over and over again (login to server imap.videotron.ca with username...............failed. I've tried several tried and true passwords from before and none fit.

SO I guess you need to talk to the folks that administer imap.videotron.ca

Hi Matt. Thanks for the info. I worked for an hour with the tech from videotron and changed the password as you suggested. This morning I had the same pop ups and had to enter the new password 3 times but it seems to have done the trick(I hope). Don't know where the problem started or how but I'm glad it's seemingly repaired. Have a great day.
