You appear to be running the old Firefox 68.0 from 2019.

If you are using a package build of Firefox 68.0 from your Linux distro then your version of Linux distro is likely EOL in software package updates support.

You need to either update your Linux distro to a currently supported version to get Firefox package updates or you may be able to run the Firefox for Linux tarball version from Mozilla as it gets internal Firefox updates from Mozilla. You just need to make sure the Firefox folder has read/write permissions for the user to get updates. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
