I am not getting specific emails from ' Marcie Tilton Fabrics' . She sends 2 per day. I haven't gotten them for a couple months. I WANT THEM! I've called her company; I've resubscribed. 

They are not in my bulk file.  Where are they?

They do not appear on my Thunderbird (PC- Mozilla), on my I-pad (Apple), on my phone(Samsung)

I hope you can help.

It sounds like they are being deleted by your email provider. Do you see them if you access your email via the provider's web interface?
