We need more information from you to accurately answer your question. Most importantly, what is your operating system and what version? A quick answer that will assume Windows 11 and the most recent version of Thunderbird:

Click on the start button and type in "Thunderbird". You can start the program from there. Right-click on the entry and you can choose "Pin to Taskbar" and/or "Pin to Start Menu".
