It's very hard for me to find where to go after clicking on the three line symbol in right hand corner. But when I finally did locate in Settings the section on passwords and sign-in info I turned that off. I was happy until I again signed into Mozilla and Amazon and my email address (which I use for ID) continued to pop up. Why do these things have to be so hard to find and then to make work. Please help. Thank you.

Hi,

What do you mean by "pop up"? If you refer to the email address being suggested in the drop-down menu, you should be able to select it with the up/down arrow keys and then remove it by pressing Delete. For reference, see Control whether Firefox automatically fills in forms.
