Copy and paste issue

I use Firefox as my default browser. This week, I noticed that I no longer have the option to copy text from my email unless I open it in a separate window and pop it out. This has greatly reduced my ability to work since I have to copy and paste text from emails numerous times per day. I have experimented on other browsers and I am still able to do it when I use Chrome and Microsoft Edge. How can I fix this so I don't have to stop using Firefox?

Hi Jessica, is this on Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail or one of the other major sites (where a support volunteer probably has an account and can do some hands on testing)?

Is the problem specific to the the site's custom right-click context menu, or does it also affect the keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V) and built-in browser features (for example, hold down the Shift key when right-clicking to access the built-in context menu)?
