Hello, In incoming emails, words that are highlighted with any background color are displayed as normal. Cannot see the color of it. Thank you.

If you cannot see the background colour of a highlighted word , how do you know it was highlighted with a different colour ? :)

Maybe you are reading the email using 'Plain Text' mode - that will strip all formatting.

On 'Menu bar' toolbar - (File, Edit, View, Go, Message etc)

  • 'View' > 'Message Body as' > select 'Original HTML'

To get 'Menu Bar' toolbar ...

  • Click on Menu app icon (3 lines) and select 'View' > 'Toolbars' and select 'Menu Bar'
