Junk vs SPAM - no spam folder - where do they go: TB V145

Running version 145. Trash/Junk processing has been named SPAM. I have never had any SPAM folders. Where do the deleted notes go? Why the change? How do I setup the SPAM folders so that they function. Lets have some consistency in naming and processing. Why when the update/new release is installed does it not retrofit folders. You are confusing me with your gratuitous changes. I am not a computer expert.

We're just volunteers; you're complaining to the wrong people. Developers decided to rename junk to spam in 145.

Who do I send this to?

Try connect.mozilla.org. click to the area titled IDEAS. Developers do read that category.

In 145, Junk has changed to Spam, as described in the release notes at https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/145.0/releasenotes/. No further action is needed on your part for things to work correctly.

canblue, if you are seeing a problem, please give a clear description of what you are seeing. (Problems will not be addressed in Connect.)
