I am trying to export my contacts FROM Thunderbird TO Spectrum email. In Thunderbird, I open my contacts and select my personal address book and click EXPORT. I save the file as vcard to my desktop. I open my Spectrum.net email and click import, select the file and I keep getting an error message saying "we are unable to save your changes, please try again." I contacted Spectrum and they said it was a Thunderbird problem. Can you please help me?

I have never seen an email provide hide from responsibilities as often as Spectrum. They are given a standard vcf format and, because THEIR software doesn't work, blame the other guy. Well, you could try creating csv format and see if that works.
