After years of using TB I suddenly lost ability to send messages though could still receive. At suggestion of outgoing message server PlusNet I changed various settings. Now my TB will neither send or receive. I wish to keep my care4free email address. How can I reinstall or recover TB? At present can only send or receive using webmail but do not find this equal to TB
