If you're talking about the top menu bar missing, press the Alt key, then click File > Save as.

Press Alt > click View > Toolbars > Menu Bar to make the menu stay visible.

This did not solve my problem. I made a file and named it "SAVE" and any emails I received that I wanted to keep, I put them in this file and now I can't find it. This is what I am questioning, where is it??

There is no way for me to know that. If you saved it as a text file, do a full disk search for save.txt.
