
cannot send out emails
I cannot send my messages. I'm getting upset without anyone helping me. I've been with you for YEARS, at least over 20!!

I'm trying to participation but when you expect me to send a email I can't! I cannot send any emails on this computer. I see a lot of this on the mozilla
I am not asking you to send an email; I am requesting that you share useful information about your inability to send email.
I cannot send emails at all! I get the income emails. I'm trying to participate also.
I don;t even have a SEND to hit.
OK, to get a send button, do this: - click 'new message' button - if menu bar is not shown, press alt key - then press view>toolbars and tick 'composition toolbar'
to help with receiving messages, please post complete error message and a screenshot of your SMTP server settings pane and we will try to assist. thank you. I, personally, am logging off for the day but will be here tomorrow morning if no one has responded prior.
I pressed the alt key, showed the send button. Once I try to type anything on the email it takes the send button off. Sorry am trying...!
Puzzling. As I understand, you clicked alt key and menu bar appeared. Then, you clicked view>toolbars and then ticked 'composition toolbar'. Then, you began to enter text for a message and the send button disappeared. Right? Most unusual. Can you post a screenshot of the compose window with the send button prior to entering text? and one after entering text and the send button disappears? I also suggest you click help>troubleshoot mode and restart and see if you get same results. Also, please share the version of Thunderbird you are using and what OS and version (e.g., windows, Linux) you are using. thank you
Hi David! May have discovered the send stuff. When I tried to send something and it came up with can't send (or whatever they said) that Baxterjacken0178@att.net. That has been taken away several years ago. I don't know how to tell my email to send with the Baxterjacken0178@gmail.com I know we are on different times and trying to get back to you when I can.
It seems you changed account incoming, but not outgoing. Do this: - click to account settings pane and click your account in left sidebar - that should display the default account info, such as email address and your name - on the bottom line is 'Outgoing Server' info. Click the 'Edit Outgoing Server' button - here is where you need to change the outgoing email address to match the incoming email address - I also suggest putting email address in the DESCRIPTION field for documentation
