This does not sound like an issue with Firefox but is something that the Facebook support team should be able to help you with.

Dear Moderator, I am unable to access the Facebook Support team because they say there is no Appeal permitted to their decision to permanently Disable my Facebook account! They will not allow me to contact them in any way, therefore. As soon as I click on the Help Box, it closes out! I have been hoping you could do something because Faceboook is vital for my sense of safety and security, I have no family nearby. ; only some kind friends at a local church I attend. Martha Liberty
