I can't open or create facebook accounts with any browser. Why? Even as soon as creating a new facebook account and nothing is posted, I am not obey their community rules. I do nothing strange and peculiar things. For example, First Name: Myo Last Name:Tun DOB:28/12/1978

Nothing is out of facebook community standard. But I can't use facebook with any browser. Why?
