Firefox lost all my bookmarks and passwords. I have 8 hard drives and posted to each snapshop of the 32 digit security key and it said it was wrong. What the heck is going on?
My key was issued by Mozilla. I kept it in a secure location on multiple drives and it failed to work.

Looks like you're dealing with a Mozilla account issue. We have a direct one-to-one support for Mozilla account (which is a different thing from peer to peer support forum like this one).
