I have TB 140.3. I;m trying to use the task function. At the bottom of the task column it says "select a writable calendar". Clicking it doesn't do anything. It won't let me set up a task. What do I do? Surprisingly there's no mention of tasks that I can find anywhere in any settings page.

I FOUND THE HIDDEN SWITCH!! It's in the calendar section on the left side. Click on the calendar name and click enable.

Thanks for the help George.

Hello

i think you need to Create new calendar first you can read that article to help you https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/creating-new-calendars

and then you can create Tasks more info here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/creating-a-new-event-or-task

I have a calendar set up. In the old version of TB everything worked with no problem. Now that I've installed the new version I can't get the Task part to work. It's like there is a hidden switch or something. When I try to connect Task to my existing calendar, all the steps are there but they are greyed out.
