Can you post screenshots of your incoming and outgoing server settings panes? And one of any error messages? Seeing that would help. If not, you could type the complete error message here and for server settings for input and output, type in the server name, port number, connection security, and authentication, plus state whether you are using full email address (eg, xxxx@domain.com).
