I want to send this pc to repair shop and have technicians update it to windows 11. I want to protect my passwords for banking etc. that are saved on this pc. How do I do it so techs do not have access?

Hi Sharon

The best way to do this is to take a backup of your Firefox Profile and store it separately. With this backed up, you can delete it from Firefox and then reinstall it later (a good idea anyway when there is an operating system update and you are backing up all your files).

This support article should help:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

I hope that this helps.
