Hi Bev

What happens when you try to view QuickBooks in Firefox? Is there any error message?

when i click on quickbooks to open it, those dang dots just spin and spin until it times out

Are other websites opening and loading okay?

This sounds like this could be a problem at the QuickBooks end.

everything opens fine. problem is that quickbooks insist i use google chrome. i HATE chrome and refuse to use it. but i did try using edge and google and qb wouldnt open on those either. im hoping to find a way to fix it w/o qb because like i said they say its firefox problem.

Can you show the issue? Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf Is the issue just getting to the home page or after login? Windows home or pro? Are you running any security software besides MS Defender?

i've been running all the same apps ect everyday since before June (got a new computer in June) and before that ive been running all the same since 2019, i work from home. the issue is trying to get on the site. i running microsoft 365. and assuming its windows pro??? ive never done firefox troubleshoot. i cant do it right now but will try later today. and yes, same antivirus for the past 6 years.
