Since v140 (eclipse on desktop) all new messages come with no information about sender, subject, nor destination. So the visualisation panel display the code of the message rather than the message himself. Thank you by advance for your support. Reed

if you use bitdefender here is the solution

In Bitdefender -> Protection -> Online Threat Prevention -> Encrypted web scan. Toggling this setting to off seems to stop the corruption occurring.

The downside of this is of course that protection is potentially reduced, so make your own decisions.

It does appear to point the finger at Bitdefender.
