Incompatible version : Platform verion 141.0 not compatible with min version 140.0.4 max version 140.0.4
When I try to start Thunderbirs I get the following error message
Platform verion 141.0 not compatible with min version 140.0.4 max version 140.0.4
Try reinstalling Thunderbird. I have downloaded the latest version for Windows (11) from the website but still get the same error. Up until now I have not had an issues. Any suggestions? Thanks Anthony

Matt, thanks for the reply. I was pretty sure I had installed it. I simply rebotted my computer with no joy so uninstalled the version I had, rebooted and then reinstalled the downloaded version and everything now appears to work OK. Thanks for your time and thoughts Anthony

You have downloaded it, but have you run it to install the complete new version? I have never heard of a reinstall not fixing this issue. Ever. Hence my feeling that you have not actually reinstalled the software.
