My thunderbird Email program seems to be locked.It will not receive emails give me a toolbar to work in the program or give me current messages. How do I get it unlocked and active again. You say you will email me telling me someone is working on it. That would bee very helpful but how do I receive it if it is not receiving any mail. You see I don't have a cell phone just a land line and it cannot receive text. You can call me on the land line and give instructions through it. My land line number is 435 528 3044.
