No emails coming in or going out
I use this computer remotely. When checking emails, I usually use other means (iphone, other computers) but occasionally need to send from here and use Thunderbird. The last time I accessed Thunderbird on this particular computer was about 45 days ago. (Windows 10) When I opened Thunderbird, none of the emails would download nor could I send out a test.
I've double checked my account configurations, uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird, deleted the email account and recreated the email account but still getting a configuration error. Emails are definitely going thru (in and out) from this account but not from this computer.
I also tried setting up a different email account which worked just fine on this computer with Thunderbird. But the one I really need won't set up. What could have changed in 45 days and thoughts on possible solutions.
Thanks for any ideas.

You mentioned getting configuration errors, but you did not share that information.
During the account setup, I will get a message that it cannot find the server.
When I try to test it by sending an email, I will get a message that says “An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: HTTP/1.1 303. See Other. I reached out to a tech where my email is hosted and the configurations are correct. They had me check everything.
I even tried to use an older configuration (the same one that is on my phone and still works) but that doesn’t work any longer.
btw - I just decided to try putting this email account onto my iPad to test it. Worked like a charm! So what is the problem with Thunderbird??
Well, I don't know if anyone here can help, but you have not shared any details, such as a screenshot of the complete SMTP server settings pane for the account and a screenshot of the complete error message. So far, all you've shared is that you have a problem.
