Can't send outgoing mail
To whom it concerns, I need help, I try to send an e-mail and a box pops up saying Message could not be send because the connection to outgoing server (SMTP) smtp-server.oh.rr.com timed out try again. I have tried everything. I've been with Thunderbird for years. Thank you!!

The rr.com is an old RoadRunner email address, which is now Spectrum.
I would start by checking your SMTP settings.
GO to Thunderbird menu -> Account Settings -> Edit SMTP Server (bottom right)
Set your outgoing SMTP like this:
- Server Name: mail.twc.com
- Port: 587
- Connection Security: STARTTLS
- Authentication: Normal Password
- Username: YourSpectrum/RRemail
