Cannot connect with CaptCHA

more options

I am trying to connect with my utility provider online. When I try to log in, I give my name and password. It comes up with a CAPTCHA screen. I click on the items but I just keep getting another screen. After a dozen screens it says CAPTCHA will time out in 2 minutes.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be blocking it?

Chosen solution

I believe the problem is solved but have no idea how. All of a sudden I received an email telling me my account has been opened and I could proceed to complete my profile information. Don't ask me why. I have not even been able to get back to the Captcha screen after I deleted the first of the addons as you suggested.

But I thank you for your help. The problems with this site is proving to be unreliable, but it is what my utility company has chosen, so I don't have much choice. Right now it has all my information, I can log on, but it is not accepting my account number. See what I mean by "unreliable?" This is a problem I will need to resolve directly with the program.

Bless you all.

I turned off a few that were for security, rebooted my computer, but I still get the run-around in Captcha.

It is probably not the Capital One add-on, but it might be one of the other three that you have turned on.

I recommend trying them one at a time to establish which one is causing the issue that you are experiencing.
