Why are "inbox" emails being automatically transferred to "trash"? Many of these emails have never been opened.

The first comment describes what is happening. We would very much appreciate your being able to correct this. We have lost much valuable information due to this....we have not been accustomed to something of this sort happening. I have now changed my schedule to go to Trash first and review all the subjects, then go to my inbox. To me, this is highly unnecessary.

Thank you for "trying" to help, but atlas it does not. It is most frustrating to see important emails in the Trash file. I always check the Trash first, but sometimes the lines and print are so small I miss important items and loose them.
