Every document like the below one does not display in firefox esr 115:

https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c01081836&docLocale=en_US

I get an empty pdf viewer frame. Also the debugger shows the following error;

Uncaught TypeError: Promise.withResolvers is not a function

Is there some way to overcome this problem? a future release of firefox esr?

Have you tried with Firefox inTroubleshoot Mode? Are you running any security software? The site works for me after allowing flash. see screenshots

Thanks, but i've tried everything with no success. I have Symantec antivirus, disabled but same issue. did not have the Flash extension , I installed it and know I get the same screenshot of yours, but "Click to Activate Flash" does not work, I get an empty PDF.js viewer frame instead.

I'm puzzled that any site expects Flash in 2025. There is no official Flash plugin any more, and there's no mention of it in Firefox 138.

Did Firefox 115 have a flag that led sites to believe they could still run Flash?

Don't know if firefox 115 has such a flag, I just tried to see whether jonzn4SUSE was right.

Can someone tell if there is some incompatibility with the PDF viewer from the support.hpe site and Firefox 115? It looks loike the PDF viewer from the site is too new for the ESR version or for any browser version that work in windows 7
