My Firefox Browser keeps crashing at random times. I was using Chrome previously and it was worse than the Firefox performance. I just installed 128 GB of brand new DDR5 RAM which I tested in windows with no error. I have no malware on my computer currently. I ran all of the usual checks that you suggested with regard to extensions and cache. Here is the most recent report ID that was generated by Firefox:

Windows home or pro? Are you running any security software besides MS Defender? If Windows Pro version, try testing in Windows Sandbox (VM) to see if you have the same issue. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/ Have you tried with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

My browser still is crashing. I uninstalled Google Chrome. I used Firefox in troubleshoot mode and it still crashed. I am using Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. I have run several scans and the AV says that everything is clean. The only thing that crashes now if Firefox and on occasion, Windows Media Player. I was wondering if this might be a motherboard issue or perhaps firmware?
