Recent update removed my add-ons/extensions in the toolbar menu

In the recent update, my add-ons/extensions from my toolbar menu were removed. The add-ons are listed and active, but I can't select them in my toolbar menu as I need them because they are not showing. Is this an update change or a setting change, or do I need to do something to restore them? When I look at the Customize toolbar settings, they are not listed there to add to the toolbar.

I also looked to see if I had a previous profile to load, but it is not showing any.
