Calendar is locked - I cannot add or delete items

Hello, Yesterday the Google calendar tab opened with a message and stupidly I didn't read it - I just closed the tab and thought I'd check it later. Then I realised I could neither dismiss TB calendar notifications or snooze them. Next I realised I could no longer add to the TB calendar or delete any items that were already in there. I'm not sure if there has been a recent update which may have brought this about but any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Unless I missed something, you didn't state you are using google provider. And if you are, you don't need to roll back because there is a newer version available from yesterday https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/provider-for-google-calendar/versions/

Many thanks for the helpful reply! Is there a step-by-step guide anywhere explaining how to roll back Thunderbird to a previous version? I am using the desktop version on Windows 11. Thank you
